Steps In Gravel..

The steps I take, aren't the ones on you
Or the friends I've made, the past hard is to chew
The pain that's inflicted, will never be revenged
We'll take it as we venture, it's sure to be syringed
The lack of support, or acceptance of our love
May it be jealousy, as we look down from above
Envy will ruin, from the veins that they flow
Nobody can compare, or judge love from long ago
On the perch of it all, may it be real as ever
This is only our life, and everything we endeavour
We can't make up minds, nor do we want to alter
As real as ever, the truth we will not falter
Accept it as you will, but we will never pause
The love of it all, and not hate was the cause
As we continue to grow, this road of love that we travel
May it be filled with all the greatest, and very little gravel..
